Ben Smith is a management consultant with expertise in M&A, operations, and project management. He lives in Denver, CO.

As an M&A consultant, Ben specializes in performing due diligence and developing integration / separation strategies for clients. He has also helped clients automate processes, create business cases, and execute large transformations. While an MBA student, Ben interned at Wayfair and New York Angels (an angel investment consortium).
